Elimon FRESH Festival Pardubice 2026

Elimon FRESH Festival 2026 is a festival of good food and drink with a tradition dating back to 2011. In Pardubice, it takes place at the Racecourse (Pražská 607) on the weekend of May 23–24, 2026. Saturday's programme is linked to the I qualification for the 135th Grand Pardubická. The main entrance is the main gate of the racecourse from Pražská Street.

The main stage will feature Zdeněk Pohlreich, Pavel Berky, Adam Rundus, Mirka van Gils Slavíková, Twí, Petja Fonda and others. Sunday: 12:00 Mirka van Gils Slavíková – pastry show, 13:00 Battle for the Burger King (FATFUCK vs. Bistro Leháro), 14:00 Pavel Berky, 15:00 Marek Hora (YAMAYA – sushi show).

Legendary restaurants: Long Story Short by Petr Heneš (Bib Gourmand Michelin), YAMAYA by Marek Hora and DIAN by chef Petr Brňák. A new feature this year is FABINI Cooking School and beer-pouring school in collaboration with breweries Štatl and Bohém (three times daily). Heinz Grill Academy, the Asian zone Wok & Spices and the Legendary Feast – a large communal table in the heart of the festival – are also available. Saturday evening (from 20:00) will conclude with an open-air concert "Tribute to Legends" (approximately 120 minutes including intermission) featuring Marián Vojtek, Bohuš Matuš, Pavlína Ďuriačová, Michaela Pecháčková, Peter Pecha and Milan Peroutka accompanied by the Charlie Band – hits by Karel Gott, Waldemar Matuška, Věra Špinarová and others will be performed. With a ticket to the "Tribute to Legends" concert, you receive free all-day festival entry.

For families with children, the Elimon zone is prepared with free ice cream, an inflatable obstacle course and children's attractions. Dogs are welcome (must be on a leash).
