Elimon FRESH festival Slavkov u Brna 2026

Elimon FRESH festival 2026 takes place on Saturday and Sunday, 30–31 May, in the castle park in Slavkov u Brna (Palackého nám. 1). The festival, a tradition since 2011, combines gastronomy with culture and features restaurants Long Story Short by Petr Heneš (Michelin Bib Gourmand award), Yamaya by chef Marek Hora, and for the first time DIAN with Petr Brňák.

The heart of the festival is the Legendary Feast – a large communal table where visitors can sit down with food from the stalls. A new feature in 2026 is FABINI Cooking School, where participants can try cooking alongside leading chefs. The main Elimon Cooking & Music stage (hosted by Petr Vejvoda) will feature Zdeněk Pohlreich, Mirka van Gils Slavíková, Pavel Berky, Adam Rundus, Twí, Petja Fonda and others. Saturday's programme includes, for example, Vladimir Tůma's cooking show (Ryba na talíři), a culinary competition for young talents from gastronomy schools in the South Moravian region (judged by Zdeněk Pohlreich), Asia vs. Italy showdown (Twí vs. Petja Foda), and Petr Heneš and Petr Brňák's Legendary Taste Battle.

The programme also includes the Heinz Grill Academy, the Asian zone Wok & Spices, a beer-pouring school three times daily (in cooperation with Štatl and Bohém breweries), a wine zone, and a competition for the best burger restaurant. For families with children, there is an Elimon zone with free ice cream, an inflatable obstacle course, a chill-out area, and children's attractions. The evening programme features Tribute to Legends as part of the Culture Under the Stars project. Payment at the festival is exclusively cashless via NFCtron chip wristband (activation fee 30 CZK). Entry to the grounds is via the castle's main gate from the Town Hall or from Furgnerova Street or U Stadionu Street. Parking directly in the grounds is not possible; the nearest paid car park is on Křenovická Street behind the castle park (100 CZK/day). By train: destination station Slavkov u Brna, approximately 15 minutes walk to the grounds.
