Festival Habrovka 2026
zahrada kostela sv. Františka z Assisi, Prague
Festival Habrovka is a two-day music and theatre festival taking place on 5–6 June 2026 in the garden of the Church of St. Francis of Assisi in Prague 4-Krči (U Habrovky 66/2, a short walk from metro C Budějovická). The festival has been held annually since 2003 and creates the atmosphere of a large cultural picnic for visitors of all ages.
The programme runs across three outdoor stages and one indoor venue — in the open air, a hall, and the church itself. This year's theme is "Let There Be Light!", aiming to bring understanding and hope to uncertain times. Friday's programme opens with a rap exhibition (Shizzle with Malym Péťa, eljel and Abster), followed by indie rock band Island Mint, the music-poetry project Svou chvíli, Prague group Miňtenkér, and the Bratři Orffové from Krnov. Theatre will also feature — God Save the Drama Queen performing in collaboration with ARCHOU+ and the Veselé chvíle choir. Saturday brings folk band Severní nástupiště, Fanfán Tulipán, Hrubá hudba, DVA, and Wolf Lost In The Poem by Jana Žambocha. The festival welcomes international acts — Serbian band Alice in WonderBand and Austrian multi-instrumentalist Marley Wildthing. New this year is the Moetivi Karavan, serving as a visual art installation.
Saturday morning is traditionally dedicated to children — parents can bring their kids to theatre performances and workshops. Local and international food, craft beers, coffee, and other treats are available on site. Tickets are on sale through GoOut and at habrovka.cz, and can also be purchased at the gate.
