Ostrava in Flames 2026

The Ostrava in Flames festival takes place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, for the twelfth time in the industrial area of Dolní Vítkovice, beneath the iconic blast furnace. The event is organized by PRAGOKONCERT BOHEMIA, a.s. Festival gates open at 12:00, with the programme continuing into the late evening hours.

The main headliners are SOULFLY with Max Cavalera, bringing material from their thirteenth album "Chama". Finnish folk-metal band KORPIKLAANI will perform with their latest album "Rankarumpu". Swedish power-metal act BLOODBOUND will present their new concept album "Field Of Swords". The programme also features THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA with vocalist Björn Strid (SOILWORK), American theatrical act MUSHROOMHEAD, and Hungarian folk-metal band DALRIADA. The lineup is completed by Swiss-Serbian gothic-metal band EVOLUCIJA, Swiss thrash/death-metal act EXIT, Spanish MORPHIUM, and Italian synth-pop-disco-punk band NIAMH.

Tickets are available on the mastersofrock.cz website; a festival pass costs 3,100 CZK. A limited number of VIP tickets are also available, which include festival entry, access to the VIP zone with comfortable seating, beverage consumption worth 500 CZK (credited to a chip on the festival wristband), a festival t-shirt worth 600 CZK, and gallery access. Payments in the area are possible exclusively in Czech crowns via the chip on the wristband. Dogs and other animals are not permitted in the area.
