Pojez fest is a gastrofestival dedicated to the gastronomy of Northern Moravia and Silesia, now in its fifth edition in 2026. The name comes from the dialect of northeastern Czechia, where "pojez" means "taste" or "come and eat your fill". The project brings together more than 70 businesses – restaurants, bistros, cafés, craft breweries, local producers, and food trucks. The Pojez network also includes Michelin-starred restaurants Miura and Cattaleya in Čeladná.

In 2026, the festival takes place at two locations: May 9 in the industrial complex Dolní Vítkovice in Ostrava, and September 12 in Ostravice in the foothills of the Beskyds. Visitors can expect dozens of stalls and food trucks serving Czech and international cuisine, regional specialities, street food, and live cooking shows with tastings.

At the Ostrava event, the main stage will feature Janek Ledecký and Adán Sánchez Band. In Ostravice, Adam Ďurica and Adán Sánchez will perform. The programme includes a Day with Technotrasa – an interactive zone with machinery, industrial heritage, and crafts for families with children. In the Dolní Vítkovice complex, Beer fest in Futureu runs simultaneously.

For travel to the Ostravice festival, train transport is recommended – the Ostravice station is adjacent to the festival grounds. At previous editions, enhanced connections and special trains from Ostrava were arranged. Festival entry is free.
