Piano Department Concert

The Šumperk Basic Art School (ZUŠ Šumperk) invites you to a concert by its piano department, taking place in the Monastery Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary in Šumperk. The church originally belonged to a Dominican monastery, which according to the order's chronicle was founded in 1293. It is now deconsecrated and serves as a venue for cultural and social events with exceptional atmosphere and acoustics. ZUŠ Šumperk regularly uses this space for concerts by its students from various departments – during the school year, concerts by the wind section, string section, and a benefit concert in collaboration with the Šumperk TGM Municipal Library have taken place here. Admission is free.
