Senate Tour for the 30th Anniversary of Its Establishment

A guided tour of the historic halls of Waldstein Palace followed by a discussion in the Senate Chamber, organized as part of a series of public meetings with the Senate Vice-Chairs on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the upper chamber (December 18, 1996). Visitors will walk through the palace's representative spaces — the Main Hall, the Knights' Hall, the Audience Hall, the Mythological Corridor, and other historic rooms — and will then have the opportunity to ask the Vice-Chairs any questions about how the Senate functions and the work of the Vice-Chairs. The Vice-Chairs rotate regularly throughout the series of meetings. Admission is free, but advance registration is required. The entire year 2026 is dedicated to the motto "Senate Faithful to Freedom".
