Znojmo, City Above Water I. – Moravia Brass Band

Moravia Brass Band performs on Monday, 13 July 2026 at Mašovický lom near the village of Mašovice, presenting a concert directly on the water. This is one of four Czech tour dates, with additional performances in Brno on 11 June and 25 October, plus another show in Mašovice on 14 July. Mašovický lom is a flooded former granite quarry located approximately 7 km west of Znojmo. After extraction ceased in 1999, the quarry was flooded and designated a nature reserve in 2013, now part of the Natura 2000 network. The musical programme celebrates the anniversary of Znojmo and its historical connection to the Dyje River. Admission from 855 CZK.
